However, because local building codes, soil conditions, and environmental factors (like snow or wind loads) vary by location, you should have the plans reviewed by a local engineer or your municipal building department to ensure compliance with specific regional requirements.
3. Is the interior design truly "barrier-free"? Yes. Every Andersson Homes design is created with universal accessibility in mind. This includes wider door frames, open floor paths, and bathroom layouts designed to accommodate wheelchairs and individuals with differing mobility needs.
4. Can I build more than one house with a single purchase? Each purchase includes a Limited License to build one (1) single-family structure. If you are a developer or contractor looking to build multiple units, please contact us for a commercial licensing agreement.
