Terms & Conditions of Purchase
1. Limited License
Upon purchase, Andersson Homes grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive license to build one (1) structure from the provided blueprints. These plans are for personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for mass commercial development without express written consent.
2. Engineering & Local Compliance
While these plans were developed by a qualified structural engineer to meet 2015 International Residential Code (IRC) standards, they are provided as "Standardized Plans."
Site-Specific Engineering: The buyer is responsible for obtaining any site-specific engineering required by local jurisdictions (e.g., specific seismic, wind, or snow load calculations).
Local Codes: All construction must comply with applicable local, state, and federal building codes.
3. Builder Responsibility
It is the builder’s sole responsibility to verify all dimensions and site conditions prior to starting construction. Andersson Homes and Helge Andersson are not responsible for architectural changes, structural modifications, or errors made by third-party contractors on-site.
4. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of PDF blueprint packs and technical data are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the ZIP file has been accessed.
